Fred W. Fong, C.A.President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Fong is an 18-year security industry veteran. For the last 4 years he has been an industry consultant focusing on strategic planning initiatives, financing proposals, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. He is also a past director of United Protection Security Group Inc., a TSX Venture Exchange listed company, and a leading western Canada based physical security service provider. Prior to this, Mr. Fong was the past Executive Vice President and past CFO of VoxCom Incorporated (electronic security service provider). During his 14-year tenure, he grew the customer base to over 100,000 subscribers across Canada through a combination of organic growth initiatives and numerous acquisitions.
Mr. Fong has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta since 1983 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta.

John B. Campbell, C.A.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Campbell joined the Fund in April 2008. Prior to this, he had spent ten years in the telecommunications industry as the Director of Finance for Videotron Communications Ltd., five years as the General Manager of a privately held telecommunications company, and three years as an industry consultant. Mr. Campbell has extensive experience in managing both the financial and operational aspects of businesses, including the development of business plans and financing proposals, and the design and implementation of internal controls.
Mr. Campbell has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta since 1980 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alberta.
