Code of Business Conduct and Ethics

Management of the Fund is in the process of drafting a Code of Business Conduct which will be presented for approval by the Board of Directors during the year. The Audit Committee is mandated on an ad-hoc basis to review transactions and agreements in respect of which a Trustee, trustee of the Trust or Director or executive officer of First National AlarmCap has a material interest. It is anticipated that First National AlarmCap’s Code of Business Conduct will be available on this website as soon as it is completed and approved.
